  1. You may choose any one item from the above lists or from the lodge menu. We provide sufficient quantity for one person per item. Extra items or meals will be charged additionally (approximately NPR 600–1000).
  2. Please do not waste food. Dispose of rubbish only in designated places.
  3. Hot water and beverages may be subject to extra charges.
  4. Eat local food to support the village economy and follow eco-friendly rules in the mountains.

  • Once the trekking has started, the trekking portion of the cost is non-refundable.
  • To confirm your booking, please send a copy of your passport and air tickets, and transfer 10% of the total package cost to the company account.
  • We are not responsible for consequences of natural disasters, weather conditions, or political issues.
  • Please ensure your personal belongings are secure at all times. We will do our best to assist in safeguarding them.
  • Any extra days in the mountains or city will be at the client's own expense.
  • 4% additional charge will be applied for card payments.
  • You have chosen an adventure—please be prepared for extreme weather conditions.
  • Travel insurance is mandatory in case evacuation is required.
