Here's What Samantha Reign's -Masa Gang 12 Days Trekking Experience
Sherpa Trekking Company based in Nepal organized an amazing 12-day Bhutan Masa Gang trekking experience for me. Upon arrival in Nepal, I was met by the trekking team who helped get me settled in and prepare for the trek.
We started off in Paro and made our way to the starting point of the trek, Trongsa. The surrounding mountains were spectacular and it was a great start to the journey. Along the way, we stopped in remote villages, interacting with locals and exploring their culture and traditions.
We trekked through a variety of landscapes, including lush forests, glaciated valleys, and stunning alpine valleys. The highest point of the trek was at 3500m, but the views from the entire trail were simply amazing.
Each day was full of hiking and exploration. There were also opportunities to take part in activities such as biking, rafting, and paragliding. On top of that, the food and hospitality provided by the Sherpa Trekking Company team were great.
The trip came to a close in Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan. After a wonderful 12 days in Bhutan, I bid farewell to the Sherpa Trekking Company team thankful for the incredible experience they provided me.
