All About Hongku Valley Amphulaptse Trekking
The Hongku Valley Trek, also known as the Jiri-Lukla Classic Everest Base Camp Route, offers spectacular mountain views of the Amphulaptse Everest region. The trek begins in the bustling town of Jiri and follows a rolling path up through solung and Kenja before ascending to the high Himalayan mountain passes of Lamjura and Tag Nag. From Tag Nag, experience views of Mera Peak, Makalu, Baruntse, Everest, Amadablam, Lothse, and Thamserku along the way. East to Thulodunga from Mera la and to valley of Panch Pokhari, before departing north to Amphulatsa Glacier. From Amphulatsa Glacier, admire the majestic views of the Everest Base Camp as you make your way uphill to Dingboche, Thangboche, and Namche. Finally, a 25th day descent down to Lukla before continuing onto Kathmandu. This is a wonderful trek in the Everest region that offers picturesque mountain views of various Himalayan peaks, lush green forest, and brilliant landscapes.
